Dear friends and family of Colleen, I want to share with you some of my love for the McSoley family and Colleen. Whenever I am near them I get treated like a really good uncle not a friend. Not having immediate related family in Florida, I had the opportunity to share in with many Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners over the years, and was invited every year. Colleen was always quick to extend these holiday offers and opening her warm and loving home to me, this made me feel connected and with a sense of closeness. She knew the value of a long warm hug, and how to speak that made me feel like close family. We shared the good times at the annual Crawfish Boils with laughs and smiles. I saw her greatness as a mom. She built a foundation for Matt, Tim, Kate, Erin and Brendan to thrive. I see her legacy in all of them and I know that Colleen's legacy is strong not only in her family and friends but in me too. I will live the remainder of my life with her kind, warm and loving ways of being resonant in my mind. I think this is just perfect way to do that "The family requests in lieu of flowers a personal act of kindness for someone" I extend long warm plentiful hugs to all her friends and family. I miss her so too.

I am saddened by your loss. Colleen was taken much too early from you. You were such a complete and happy family in the picture. I cannot find any words to comfort you as this seems so unfair. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. In sympathy, Anna Junk
